Rachel and Mike were married on 11th June 2022 in the beautiful grounds of Homme House in Herefordshire. This family owned and run estate offers a flexible and relaxed venue, whilst still providing that ‘wow’ factor with over 200 acres of beautifully maintained flower gardens, meadows and woodland.

The weather on the day was perfect; what everyone hopes for when planning an English country garden celebration. 

The ceremony took place within the walled garden, in front of a 17th Century Summerhouse, providing a wonderful backdrop for guests, and of course for pictures. 

The lavender and rose gardens were used for an initial couples shoot, before heading into the woodland at dusk for some more intimate angles. 

The extensive lawns out the front of the main house provided the guests with a playground where party games were set up, including croquet and rounders – even the bride got involved in the fun!  

Inside the house there is a wonderful dramatic staircase which was used for the ‘first look’. Our team had some fun experimenting with light and haze to create some truly unique images.

The library was also used to stage some fun shots for the bridesmaids, inspired by their mutual love of period dramas.
